Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Slovian Inc ("Slovian", "we", "us") covering the heybe.dev website, the Heybe waitlist and the Heybe software (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Slovian Inc is a corporation incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Heybe is a product brand of Slovian Inc.

2. The Services

• Website and waitlist: heybe.dev describes Heybe and lets you join a waitlist. Heybe is in development and not yet generally available; features described on the site may change before release.
• Heybe Community: the open-source edition at github.com/Slovian42/Heybe is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. That license, not these Terms, governs your rights to the source code.
• Paid plans: if we offer paid plans, prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and payments are processed by Stripe. Billing, cancellation and refunds follow the Slovian Inc Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or anyone else's rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other people's data, or submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist.
• Abuse, disrupt or overload the Services, including automated or bulk waitlist submissions.
• Use the Services to create or spread malware, fraud, spam or harassment.
• Misrepresent your identity or an affiliation with Slovian Inc.

4. Your data and your content

How the website and waitlist handle data is described in our Privacy note. The Heybe app runs on your own computer; you keep ownership of the files, prompts and results you create with it.

5. AI outputs and third-party providers

AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. When you connect your own AI provider key, that provider's terms also apply to your use of it.

6. Intellectual property

The Heybe name, logo and website content belong to Slovian Inc. Open-source components are licensed under their own licenses. All other product names and trademarks belong to their owners; Heybe is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or Manus.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOVIAN INC AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SLOVIAN INC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
